L'AND Vineyards

L’AND Vineyard is a 5-star wine resort, located in Montemor o Novo. The project is developed with the L’AND’s concept integrating a component of hospitality (5-star hotel, restaurant and SPA), a residential component, vineyard and a winery.

To produce their personalized wine, owners can use their grapes, from the vineyards planted in their private plots, or complement the blend with grapes varieties produced in the resort’s common vineyard

What do you look for in an investment?

Rental freedom

You are free to be your own villa manager, be in charge of promoting, choosing the channels, deciding prices and contracting external services as an alternative to the once provided by the resort.

Wine friends

Some villas opt for a private vineyard to produce each year their own wine with full support of the enologist team.Members and their guests are welcome to actively take part in the harvest activities and join the celebration with a special dinner and party.

Tailor-made + turnkey

We are living in very uncertain time and with prices of construction going up daily is always smart to invest in a turnkey solution and let someone else assume the risk. The projects are tailor-made so they will make sure you love all finishes anyway!

Low condo fees

Here you find very low condo fees from 79€/month, most services work on an A la carte basis. They have garden & pool maintenance companies that take care of the whole resort at a low price. For the SPA & restaurant you have a discount.

Developer = manager

Most developers want to sell the villas and disappear. Not in this case, the Portuguese developer is running the 5 star resort for the last 10 years, guaranteeing the quality of hospitality and construction building 10 villas in one core at a time.

Golden Visa + easy resales

In the region you can still apply for Golden visa, many owners buy for that reason and the inside sales team and hunger for built villas make the investment much more valuable when its built.

Touriga Franca

3-5 bedroom villas located at the highest hill of the resort, the Touriga Franca Villas benefit from unique views to the vineyards valley, serene oak trees plains and the Montemor Castle.
With very large plots (from 3500 m2 to 7000 m2), all the villas have a private vineyard that allows its owners to make their own custom-made wine, every year, in the wine cellar with the help of the enology team.

The villas are located near resorts center, benefiting from a unique view to Montemor-o-Novo’s Castle.
